Risk Management

Third party Management

Ensure sound and reliable cooperation with third parties involved in the project, keep control on partners

Closure

Safeguard know-how for the client, i.e. lessons learned, complete documentation, transfer to operations

Especially complex and/or sensitive IT programs are usually accompanied by uncertainty and unrest – e.g. within the IT management, in the workforce, in the business.

Appropriate communication and change management activities are a corner stone for success of the IT program. Therefore we pay special attention to stakeholders and their interests and the set-up of appropriate activities based on a thorough analysis.
